Il 23/09/2020 entrerà in vigore il nuovo aggiornamento del Regolamento (UE) n. 10/2011

Il 11/09/2020 è stato pubblicato in Gazzetta Ufficiale l'aggiornamento riguardante i rifiuti di imballaggio con Decreto Legislativo del 03 settembre 2020, n. 116:

1. OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE
The Guidelines aim to provide information for the safe use of substances used as processing aids and the safety of their residues in the preparation of foods and food ingredients.

1.1 SCOPE
This Standard contains the main principles which are recommended by the Codex Alimentarius in dealing with contaminants and toxins in food and feed and lists the maximum levels and associated sampling plans of contaminants and natural toxicants in food and feed which are recommended by the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) to be applied to commodities moving in international trade.

1. This document deals with the major sources of environmental chemicals which may contaminate foods and constitute a hazard to human health and therefore, have been considered for regulation by CCFAC/CAC.
